With strong family connections in local real estate, Fabian combines his San Miguel real estate knowledge with a business management background, armed with a Business Administration degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey
After a stint within the real estate division of Coca-Cola’s Querétaro division, Fabian earned national certification as a licensed investment broker, and worked with nationwide investment firm Actinver Investment Group, where he specialized in investments with high-net-worth clients, providing ideal insight into real estate investors’ needs.
A traveler and adventurer, Fabian developed bilingual fluency living and working in central and southern California. He enjoys traveling to Italy, and spends his free time at the gym and playing racquetball.
We were introduced to Fabian through a referral from another realtor that was not available to show us property in our timeframe. The referring realtor assurred us Fabian would “take good care of us”. From the outset, the charm of San Miguel had captured us and we decided we wanted to move to the Magical City, but had no idea what neighborhood or even what price range would be suitable. During the week we spent with Fabian, we saw many areas but he was able to guide us into the area that most fit our criteria fairly quickly. In the beginning, we stated WE DO NOT WANT TO BUILD, however, in the end, we left town purchasing a piece of property and beginning the building process.
A seemingly tireless and dedicated realtor, Fabian has been there for us every step of the way from start to finish and beyond. He was consistently reassurring us about how to purchase property in Mexico, finding a wonderful builder at Mexican rates (not gringo), opening bank accounts, and dealing with notaries and attorneys. Always the consumate professional, my telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and professionally, and all this while his wife was about to have their second baby. Months later we still depend on him and his wonderful sense of humor to help us through the building process.

My husband first came to San Miguel in 1969 after college and fell in love with the town. In 1999, we came on our honeymoon and have been coming back ever since.
