  • Colinas de San Miguel


    San Miguel de Allende – Colinas de San Miguel is an area with little development but only 5 minutes from downtown San Miguel de Allende. The access is by Manuel Zavala road, by the cobblestone known as Pípila.

    This area is elevated and has panoramic views of the Historic Center, the Malanquín Golf Club, La Presa Allende and the Picachos Mountains. The closest areas that border this Colony are Mesa de Malanquín, El Capricho, Vista Magna, Las Brisas and El Mirador.


  • Allende

    San Miguel de Allende – Colonia Allende is a friendly Mexican neighborhood and is located in an area that is close to major highways, shopping malls, banks, schools and restaurants. An easy walk to Centro.

  • Atascadero

    San Miguel de Allende – Atascadero is a highly desirable, tranquil and established neighborhood with abundant vegetation where the weather is typically several degrees cooler in the summer than in the rest of the city. It is very close to downtown and to El Charco del Ingenio, a natural reserve.

  • Atotonilco

  • Balcones

    San Miguel de Allende – Balcones is one of San Miguel ́s most desirable neighborhoods. An upscale area with breathtaking views of the town, countryside and mountains. Easy access to downtown San Miguel and El Charco del Ingenio, a natural reserve.

  • Candelaria

    San Miguel de Allende – Candelaria is the best and most exclusive countryside development in San Miguel. It is located just 5 minutes from the center of the city.   • Carretera a Celaya

    San Miguel de Allende – Carretera a Celaya is the road that takes you into the neighboring town of Celaya. It actually starts as a prolongation of Ancha de San Antonio. It is mainly a commercial street with many thriving businesses aligning both sides of it.

  • Centro

    San Miguel de Allende – There is not enough that can be said about Centro with its charming, narrow, one-way, cobblestone streets. Here you find most shops, restaurants and galleries. Most of the oldest and most beautiful buildings in town are located in Centro.
